Renovation of a fire / police facility in Winthrop, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Town of Winthrop is seeking to remove and replace asphalt shingles on a 40' x 60' hip-style roof, and to assess the need to replace the substrate at the municipal police station located at 15 Town Hall Lane in Winthrop, Maine. The Town requests the following services: A. To assess the need to replace the substrate, remove old asphalt shingles from present roof, and replace with a 30-year asphalt shingle. B. Provide all labor and materials and install the project to completion. C. Remove all rubbish and waste materials upon completion of the project. Written questions are due to the Town by 12:00 PM (noon) Thursday, April 24, 2025.
