Complete and in-place, the following list of repairs. Notify the Contract Administrator if there are any deviations from the scope of work before proceeding. A. Window Repairs - Kalanimoku Building 1. Re-seal all windows on the Makai side of the building: o thoroughly clean the area around the window frame. o apply a bead of high-quality sealant along the gaps between the glass and frame. o smooth out the sealant with a specialized tool to press the sealant along the gaps between the glass and frame. o for more complex repairs, the contractor may need to replace the entire weather stripping depending on the damage. 2. Clean all repaired windows. B. Window Repairs - Kakuhihewa (Kapolei SOB) Building 1. Reseal all windows on the southwest side (facing the parking lots) of the building: o thoroughly clean the area around the window frame. o apply a bead of high-quality sealant along the gaps between the glass and frame. o smooth out the sealant with a specialized tool to press the sealant along the gaps between the glass and frame. o for more complex repairs, the contractor may need to replace the entire weather stripping depending on the damage. 2. Reseal all windows on the northwest side (facing Kamokila Blvd) of the building: o thoroughly clean the area around the window frame. o apply a bead of high-quality sealant along the gaps between the glass and frame. Scope of Work 2 CSD-25-010-O o smooth out the sealant with a specialized tool to press the sealant along the gaps between the glass and frame. o for more complex repairs, the contractor may need to replace the entire weather stripping depending on the damage. o Remove all the old caulk on the lower roof and re-caulk the copper flashing. 3.
