Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform demolition of existing penthouses, install roof systems, including patching of the existing concrete deck, repair masonry parapet and other work indicated in the contract documents. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner or Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
