Description of the Work: Replace existing natural dirt and turf field with synthetic turf surfacing softball field. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): A, or B Contractor Licenses. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. Bonding required for this project is as follows: Bid Bond 10% of the total bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, Only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for a public project involving a projected expenditure of $1 million or more using or planning to use state general fund or state school bond funds. Any bid submitted by a bidder who is not prequalified shall be non-responsive and returned by email to the bidder.
