Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Snoqualmie, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

As of May 7, 2025, construction is anticipated to start October 2025. Several Bid Packages have been released separately by the construction manager. The value listed is that of the total project value. The previous solicitation is for reference purposes only. Snoqualmie Valley Health New MOB/ASC Project - BP 03.1, BP 05.1 and BP 05.2 Bid Packages: BP 03.1 Structural Concrete, BP 05.1 Structural Steel and Misc Metals and BP 05.2 Metal Stairs Bid Bond: Bid bond of 5% of the base bid amount is required to be submitted for all bids equal to or exceeding $300,000. Performance and Payment Bond: Performance and Payment Bonds will be required to be provided by trade partners who are awarded scopes of work equal to or exceeding $300,0000.
