Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Snoqualmie, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Reclaimed Water System Improvements consist of constructing a new 0.4 MG Type 1 pre-stressed concrete reservoir and pump station and the associated structural, mechanical, electrical, and automatic control work for those facilities. There will also be retrofit mechanical and electrical improvements to the existing irrigation pump station. ESTIMATED PROJECT COST: $6,400,000 to $6,800,000 (excluding WA state sales tax) For questions regarding the project, contact Andrew Vining, PE (City Project Engineer) at 425-395-0051 or avining@snoqualmiewa.gov. The City may reject any bid not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bid documents. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal must be submitted with the bid proposal. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
