RFP Questions: Submit via email to mchambless@snoquamiewa.gov. Questions will be accepted until February 10, 2025 (Pacific). Responses will be provided to all registered applicants. The City of Snoqualmie is seeking proposals for consulting services to develop its first Citywide Strategic Plan. The development of a Citywide Strategic Plan is a City Council goal and Administration priority for 2025. Scope of Services The role of the consultant will be to work with City staff to plan, organize and develop a Citywide Strategic Plan to be adopted by the Snoqualmie City Council in 2025. The total budget available for this project is up to $100,000. The City seeks proposals that describe a sustainable, holistic, and result-oriented approach to this work, and outlines initial desired attributes and objectives of the plan development process and resulting Citywide Strategic Plan, which are articulated below. Note that the City welcomes approaches that will be most effective in both the near- and long-term and take into consideration timing and budgetary parameters associated with this project. In addition, the City is aligned with the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and will consider research-backed public sector issues, as well as major trends and drivers for local government.
