GLY Construction, acting as General Contractor on behalf of Snoqualmie Valley Health (SVH / Owner) and Dick Bratton Project Management (DBPM), is soliciting mechanical/plumbing and electrical partners per the MCCM/ ECCM: process per ROW 39.10.385 for the new Snoqualmie Valley Health Medical Office Building (the project). The project is located north of their existing campus at 9801 Frontier Road Ave S.E. in Snoqualmie Washington. Mahlum serves as the Architect of Record, while PAE is responsible for developing MEP documents and acting as the MEP Engineer of Record for the project. The project, as intended, includes a new 85,000 SQFT MOB/ASC Facility with associated ground level surface parking. The following services are programmed for the new facility: MOB Exam Rooms, Wellness Enhancement, Pharmacy, Ambulatory Surgery, Advanced Radiology, Fitness, Public Restaurant, Cafe, Office and Conferencing, and associated surface parking. GLY, SVH, and DBPM intend to collaborate w'ith mechanical, plumbing, and electrical contractors following the schematic design phase to support budgeting, design reviews, site logistics, scheduling, and sustainability and diversity goals. By engaging MEP partners early, we will leverage their leadership, expertise, and insights into MEP systems, with the expectation of achieving early cost certainty and fiscal benefits. We are seeking ECCM/ MCCM firms highly experience with health care systems and construction to participate in achieving project goals through preconstruction, design, and construction and to work alongside GLY, SVH, DBPM, Mahlum, and PAE to maximize the value and quality of the project. GLY will issue the ECCM/ MCCM RFQ on October 16, 2024. This RFQ will include applicable documents + exhibits, contracting structure, selection/ award process, point/weighting structure, wage requirements, table of milestones, schedule, response format, submittal and RCW requirements.
