Demolition, site work and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Snoqualmie, Washington. Working plans call for the addition of a 24,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
As of April 17, 2025, construction was put on hold due to additional funding issues. It is expected to move forward again in the near future. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of two additions/expansions on the existing 12,917 sf Snoqualmie community center located at 35018 se ridge street. The +- 24,000 sf expansion will include a two-pool natatorium, locker rooms, community room with storage and kitchenette, new main building entry, lobby, admin spaces and will have a covered exterior patio. The +-2,500 sf expansion will include two group fitness studios/multi- use spaces with a covered exterior area. Project scope will include selective demolition and remodel inside existing building, including new restrooms at child watch area. Demolition of three existing toilet rooms for additional storage, and demolition of existing entry/lobby/admin offices to expand fitness/strength training/cardio areas. Site work includes demolition of existing tennis courts, a new drop-off at the new building entry, a service road access to the pool mechanical room, a sloped walk from new lobby to sidewalk at ridge street and minimal impact to the existing parking lot. Project will include a boundary line adjustment. Optional job walk is anticipated the week of February 5th. More information on that to follow.
