Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boonsboro, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.

The project consists of selective demolition and interior renovations to create a renovated auditorium, stage, new front lobby, security vestibule and other interior renovations as described in the Contract Documents. Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) could be encountered in the Work as identified in the Contract Documents. The Contractor is responsible for the proper abatement of ACMs, and independent third party air monitoring/Industrial Hygienist services as required, within the project area, as part of the Contract Work. All substitution requests must be into the owner no later than 10 days prior to the bid (10/30/20) in order to be considered. See 3.3.2 of the "Additions & Deletions Report" for the AIA Document A701 in the Specs for additional information. There are (7) Alternates related to this bid. Please see the Bid Form & Alternates Spec for this information. Make sure you provide pricing for any Alternate items that pertain to your scope of work. Addendum #1 has been posted.
