Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 0-story below grade elderly care / assisted living facility.
Construction of a new assisted living facility. Owner is considering other options such as assisted living for the vacant property on the Campus with East Park Lodge. TIMELINE: Project remains on hold indefinitely. Funding for our previous project for a new 120 bed facility was withdrawn in early 2017. Owner has submitted a new proposal for development for a new 72 bed facility, as of February 2018 and again in April of 2019. Owner is currently awaiting approvals from the Manitoba Government.
