Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sanford, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a 90-room hospitality development; 235-unit multi-residential development; six-unit residential development; four-story above grade parking garage; 8,550-square-foot office development; 35,750-square-foot retail development; restaurant; and playground / park / athletic field.
Plans call for a mixed-use project of 235 residential units, 35,750 square feet of shops and eateries and 8,550 square feet of office space near Sanford's Lake Monroe. Community plans also include a dog park, an art park, and waterfront plazas for dining and enjoying the water's edge. As of September 3, 2024, the City had previously requested some plan changes which are delaying final completion. Debt financing has been secured. An architect and a construction manager have been selected. The construction manager has withdrawn from the project. Although a firm timeline cannot currently be established, construction is not expected to commence prior to fourth quarter 2024.
