Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in South Burlington, Vermont. Working plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade, 111-room hospitality development; and 2,000-square-foot conference / convention center.
As of March 2023, this project is in redesign. An architect and general contractor have been selected. Bid packages are expected to be released in late 2023. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to 2024.
