The Columbus Regional Airport Authority, hereafter referred to as the Authority,intends to purchase turnkey services for the acquisition of buses, management, operation and maintenance of buses, to provide transportation to/from the John Glenn Columbus International Airport passenger terminal, and the new Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC), located less than a mile from the terminal. The following specifications are the minimum specifications for the Authoritys needs in safety, quality, performance, and standardization. The use of trade names in these specifications are to set a quality standard for comparison only but do not intend to exclude any manufacturers of equipment of this type and quality.
