Questions will be accepted through September 2, 2025. Scope: This project will install streetscape improvements along the north side of Nordecke Drive. Improvements along the roadway will consist of buff wash concrete sidewalk with brick tree lawn and street trees in planters. Underground utilities and street lighting were installed under a previous phase of the project (3630-E), and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). THIS PROJECT WILL INSTALL STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF NORDECKE DRIVE. IMPROVEMENTS ALONG THE ROADWAY WILL CONSIST OF BUFF WASH CONCRETE SIDEWALK WITH BRICK TREE LAWN AND STREET TREES IN PLANTERS. UNDERGROUND UTILITIES AND STREET LIGHTING WERE INSTALLED UNDER A PREVIOUS PHASE OF THE PROJECT (3630-E).
