The selected consultant will furnish construction administration services on specific projects as identified by each division. Each division will furnish construction documents to the consultant for review and determination of costs to provide the services. An initial Construction Administration/Inspection Services contract will be developed for each selected consultant. Each contract will be modified as needed during the three (3) year period for additional projects. The purpose of this contract is to provide general engineering services for Construction Administration/Inspection Services to the Division of Water (DOW), the Division of Water Reclamation (DWR), and the Division of Power (DOP) on an "as-needed" basis for work Question deadline(August 20, 2025) was closed so unable to add the event. All questions concerning this project are to be sent to DPUCapitalRFP@columbus.gov. The City intends to assign construction phase services to this contract based on the timing of the construction bid advertisement date using a three-year "assignment window" that starts when the CA/CI contract is initiated. Based on an anticipated CA/CI contract starting date of January 2026, the three-year assignment window for this contract is anticipated to run from January 2026 through December 2028 This project is not subject to the requirements of the City's MBE/WBE Program. The MBE/WBE goal assigned to this project is 0.0%. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
