Renovation of a stadium in Key Biscayne, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a 67,560-square-foot, 6,600-seat stadium.
As of September 23, 2025, this project may go before a ballot in November 2025. In January 2025 the City of Miami Procurement Department issued an RFP for an operator. The City manager has recommended Oak View and the City Commission will vote on it soon. The construction documents are complete. A timeline for bidding and construction has yet to be announced.
