Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the addition of a two-story above grade, 200-seat educational facility.
Seismic upgrading of the 1913 and 1955 blocks, and minor work in the 2010 addition. Scope of work also includes a school addition to increase capacity, the construction of a Neighbourhood Learning Centre, and all associated site development work. TIMELINE: Construction is well underway. Sequential tendering is ongoing; details are followed under separate reports. Construction is currently targeted for completion fall 2023.
