The Project or Work consists of furnishing and installing pipelines, utilities, appurtenances, and all associated work. This project includes the installation of the following: 1,575 linear feet of 30-inch HDPE force main installed via one horizontal directional drill (HDD), various linear feet and diameters between 4-inches through 24-inches of ductile iron force main, various linear feet and diameters between 2-inches through 12-inches of water main installation and 7,725 linear feet of 30-inch force main abandonment and removal. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid shall be submitted electronically with each Bid.. Technical questions should be submitted through HRSD's Online

at rashley@hrsd.com. This project is being funded in part under the Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund (VCWRLF). Bidders shall comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246 (Prohibiting discrimination in employment regarding race, color, creed, sex or national origin), No. 12138 and No. 11625 (Regarding MBE/WBE utilization). Bidders shall also comply with the Civil Rights Act of 1964. HRSD reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or negotiate with the low bidder as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
