Design-Build-Finance-Maintain-Operate a mixed-use destination featuring restaurant, entertainment, recreation, and hotel amenities on a prime urban waterfront site in the City's port and Marina District. Phase I, which included a new Event Center, marina expansions, infrastructure improvements, a festival park, and marina-side public promenade. The City/CRA owns the property and will be ground-leased to the awarded developer. *As of August 13, 2026 the invited RFP was issued & has closed. Submissions are under review. Shortlisted are: related Urban Development Group, Forest Development & Sonnenblick Development. Updates will be made upon announcement of contract award.
