The space encompasses approximately 5,000 SF and is currently in a new construction, shell status. Additionally, it is part of a larger development undertaken by the landlord, FOUNDCARE, Inc., which includes approximately 15,000 SF in two stories adjacent to the subject sub-leased space. Additionally, the property includes 102 parking spaces (five of which are handicap) and a retention pond area. This new facility is expected to come online in April 2025.
