Bid proposals will be used in the development of a Guaranteed Maximum Proposal (GMP) for construction of a new 14 million gallons per day (MGD) membrane water treatment facility located near the intersection of Avenue L and Blue Heron Boulevard. BUILD AMERICA, BUY AMERICA PROVISION REQUIREMENTS This project is being considered for funding through the State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program. The loan recipient and selected bidders are required to comply with The Build America, Buy America ("BABA") provision. Bid proposals for this project shall require the identification of costs to comply with BABA provisions.
