Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Riviera Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The design shall widen the existing roadway from two lanes to four lanes. It must consist of widening Grissom Parkway to add one additional lane in each direction and provide a median separated roadway with turning movements throughout the corridor. Additional roundabout evaluation is also needed. The County desires a phased construction approach to the widening (two phases minimum), with any additional transitional plans needed to accomplish the project, accounting for stormwater management and pedestrian improvements. The County may also desire a phased right-of-way acquisition approach based on needs and available funding. The design shall meet NEPA requirements to remain eligible for any Federal funding. The design documents must be prepared, signed, and sealed by a design professional, licensed in Florida in their area of expertise, employed by or retained by the Contractor.
