Certified General Contractors or Certified Building Contractors, who are prequalified by the School Board, are invited to submit proposals to provide Construction Management at Risk Services for the Transportation North - Modernization project at 7061 Garden Road, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. The construction management services will include new site development and construction of a 13-acre campus that will accommodate a new transportation operations facility for school bus fleet maintenance, supported by a surface parking lot for approximately 225 buses. The project will also include the construction of a new administrative facility containing offices, dispatch, meeting, and training rooms, along with other required functional spaces, and a dedicated parking lot for staff and drivers. Additional site components include fueling islands, bus-washing facilities, and charging stations to support electric bus operations. The scope may also include demolition or renovation of existing structures as necessary to accommodate the new design.
