The City of Riviera Beach, Florida and the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District are seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide Lift Station 48 Access Drive and Culvert construction services for the District, according to the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The project site is located along a canal adjacent to both Lift Station 48 and Avenue P in the City of Riviera Beach, Florida. Bidders must acknowledge and comply with the City's Cone of Silence policy, which prohibits communication about the solicitation after the deadline except in specified situations such as pre-bid conferences or contract negotiations. All inquiries must be directed to the designated Procurement Contact or the Director/Assistant Director of Procurement. Bidders are required to meet licensing requirements and provide bid, performance, and payment bonds as specified. Attendance at the prebid conference is recommended. QUESTIONS DEADLINE: December 30, 2025, at 5:00 pm ET
