The City/CRA owns the property and will be ground-leased to the awarded developer. *As of August 13, 2026 the invited RFP was issued & has closed. Submissions are under review. Shortlisted are: related Urban Development Group, Forest Development & Sonnenblick Development. Updates will be made upon announcement of contract award.
