Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Warrenton, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.

Plans call to improve traffic flow including milling, street resurfacing, raised medians, streets, bike lakes, sidewalks, pavement markings, traffic signals and lighting upgrades. The raised median work will be along a .73-mile stretch of Broadview from Route 211 (Lee Highway) to south of Route 17 (James Madison Highway). The Broadview Avenue project includes access management, mobility, and safety improvements along Broadview Avenue (US 17/Bus 29/211) between Frost Avenue and Winchester Street. As of June 27, 2024, a contract was awarded and construction began in May 2024. Contract completion date is May 5, 2026.
