The purpose of this Screening Information Request is to request specific information necessary for the FAA to determine which vendors meet the FAAs minimum qualification requirements for this solicitation. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), EnRoute and Terminal Facilities Programs have a requirement to modernize a building recently acquired by the FAA at 3721 Macintosh Drive, Warrenton, VA. The work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: A. Demolish existing building interior as stated in design drawings B. Remove and Replace electrical and mechanical systems C. Remove and replace the roofing system D. Perform structural and architectural improvements E. Perform site and landscape improvements. F. Provide and Install a new utility sewer line G.Relocate fire alarm system devices and fire sprinkler systems H. Replace Building Automation System (BAS) including all control panels, controllers, some devices, and workstations I. Provide and Install Telecommunications infrastructure J.
