New construction and renovation of a library in Clarksville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 25,000-square-foot library; and for the renovation of a library.

The Scope of Work for this project includes: The Construction of a new 25,000 S.F. +/- Branch Library for North Clarksville. The Structure will likely be steelframed over concrete foundations. The Exterior envelope will consist of stone veneer, aluminum panels and cementitious panels along with aluminum storefront/curtain wall assemblies. The roof will be a single-ply membrane. A Parking lot, access drives and an outdoor patio space are also planned. Interiors will consist of a raised access floor assembly with carpet tiles and ceramic tile flooring. Gyp. Board assemblies and aluminum storefront will make up the majority of the interior walls. Ceilings will be lay-in acoustical, acoustical cloud, as well as exposed structure. The mechanical system is still to be determined, but will be an underfloor air distribution system to work with the raised access floor. Lighting will be LED - decorative pendants coupled with linear/indirect fixtures. Building will also include data and security systems. Building will be fully sprinkled Also includes all other related miscellaneous work. All Proposers must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with State regulations.
