**As of December 7, 2021, project was awarded to RG Anderson Company for $84,102,000.00. The project start sometime in January 2022 and will be completed on the end of June 2023. Project no: 1345, 2021-122 Project Location: 2702 Rossview Road, Clarksville TN 37040 beside Kirkwood Middle School. Kirkwood High School is the second school to be built in a three-school campus. The high school site totals 67.74 acres and is a portion of the overall 114-acre campus site. A Campus Site package is currently under construction. The Campus Site package includes mass grading of the entire campus, construction of campus roadways, storm drainage, and utility (water, sewer, gas, electric) infrastructure. The work of the Campus Site Contractor is shown on the site plans for reference and is generally shaded or depicted in a different color from the work required of the High School Contractor. The adjoining Middle School was the first school to be opened on the site and is currently under construction. The work of the Middle School Contractor is shown on the site plans for reference and is generally shaded or depicted in a different color from the work required of the High School Contractor. Some of the work required of the High School Contractor will take place within the Middle School site. Some of the work required of the Campus Site Contractor will take place within the High School site. The High School Contractor shall work with the Campus Site Contractor and Middle School Contractor to coordinate all work matters. This project involves the construction of a new high school, athletic fields, bus maintenance / diesel tech building and bus storage lot with fueling station. All buildings are Type II non-combustible construction. Veneers are predominantly brick with painted CMU interior wall construction. The school has a gymnasium, theater, kitchen, cafeteria and assorted classrooms. The bus maintenance and diesel tech building contains both classrooms and vehicle maintenance areas, as well as parts storage areas.
