Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A 5% bid bond shall be required with the bid. No progress payments will be made unless the awarded contractor provides a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price. All bids are to be returned by a sealed envelope with the following information clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: 1. Name of vendor 2. Bid Number 3. Date and time of bid opening No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (90) days after bids have been opened. *The City of Clarksville reserves the right, as its interests may require to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities therein.
