The Clarksville Gas & Water Department is requesting bids for Cooper Water Meter Yokes that meet or exceed the following specifications. Prices are good from date of award until June 30, 2026, at which time, upon the mutual agreement of the City and the vendor, the bid may be extended for up to two (2) additional years in one-year increments under the same term, conditions and prices. Quantities are approximate; amounts ordered are not guaranteed. Price shall include all labor, materials and all delivery costs to the Clarksville Gas & Water Department. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. No Bid Will Be Accepted After the Date and Time Written Above. All Bids Must Be Signed by a Person Authorized to Bind Your Company to a Contract. All Bids Must Be Returned by Sealed Envelope. Quote on This Sheet. Attach Additional Information if Necessary. All Bids Are to Be Submitted in Duplicate. The City also reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest priced product from any vendor.
