Reference Number 0000393992 Miscellaneous Lycofit Mechanical Fittings for SDR 11 IPS PE Pipe If you have any questions regarding this bid, please email: Jordan Briggs at Jordan.briggs@cityofclarksville.com. The Clarksville Gas & Water Department is requesting bids for Lycofit Mechanical Fittings that meet or exceed the following specifications. Prices are good from date of award until June 30, 2026, at which time, upon the mutual agreement of the City and the vendor, the bid may be extended for up to two (2) additional years in one-year increments under the same terms, conditions and prices. Quantities are approximate; amounts ordered are not guaranteed. Price shall include all labor, materials and all delivery costs to the Clarksville Gas & Water Department. The City also reserves the right to award the bid to one vendor or multiple vendors as is in the best interest of the City. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
