Site work and renovation of a civil project in Clarksville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes installation and restoration associated with new river outfall and 4-inch forcemain, lift station, valve vault, associated walkways and lighting associated with the existing wastewater treatment facility. Bids are invited upon the items and quantities of work as follows: 8" PVC Sewer Main - 3465 LF and 12 Manholes and related work. No pre-bidding conference will be held. A recipient must require its prime contractor to employ the six good faith efforts even if the prime contractor has achieved its Fair Share Goals. The current Fair Share Goals are 10% for Minority Business Enterprises and 5% for Women Business Enterprises in accordance with 40 CFR, Part 33, Subpart D.
