Site work and new construction of a power facility in Black Lake, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a power facility.

Construction of the Tazi Twé Hydroelectric generating station, a run-of-the-river project, which would be located at the outlet of the Fond du Lac River into Black Lake. The station will provide up to 50 MW into SaskPower's electrical grid. TIMELINE: Project was put on indefinite hold in 2017 due to a fall in forecasted power demand in northern Saskatchewan. Timelines for construction are unknown. Project details may be updated in the future, pending owner's decision to proceed. Coverage is discontinued at this time.
