These projects are both on the southern end of CR 339 in northern Levy County, approximately 3.6 miles northwest of Bronson. FPID 211728-1 involves the replacement of the CR 339 bridge (#344009) over the Waccasassa River and includes bridge demolition, drainage improvements, base work, milling and resurfacing, shoulder treatment, highway signing and new bridge construction, on CR 339 approximately 1.6 miles north of SR 500. FPID 437405-1 involves the demolition of the CR 339 bridge (#340049) over the Little Waccasassa River and construction of a half mile of new alignment of the southern end of CR 339. The project includes bridge demolition, drainage improvements, base work, shoulder treatment, guardrail, milling and resurfacing and highway signing on the southern end of CR 339, from SR 500 to 0.5 miles north. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
