By submission of a bid, the Respondent certifies that: A. The final proposal has been prepared independently and submitted by the Respondent without any collusion of any vendors, supplies or equipment described in this Bid Solicitation. B. The contents of the proposal have not been communicated by the Respondent, their employees or agents, to the best of their knowledge and belief, to any person not an employee or agent of the Respondent or their surety in any bond furnished herewith and will not be communicated to any such person prior to the official opening of the bids. The Respondent understands that by submitting a bid they agree to and fully understand the terms of the Bid Solicitation and that any misunderstanding will not relive the Respondent from performance. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The project will consist of re-paving city streets within the city limits. Work included under this contract will be maintenance of traffic, asphalt paving, signs, pavement markings and grassing.
