New construction of a mixed-use development in Scarborough, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and medical facility.

Construction of exhibits and animal holding areas for the Canadian Wilderness Display. The project includes construction of four exhibition buildings which range in size from 1,000 to 1,500 sq ft. The scope will also include the Canadian Pavilion, an orientation centre about Canadian flora and fauna. Also included is landscaping and hardscaping. TIMELINE: This project did not proceed due to funding. Coverage of this report is discontinued. A needs assessment has been completed by Diamond Schmitt Architects in 2018.
