Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Scarborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
This RFP is being issued by Yee Hong to obtain Proposals for the Removal, Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Fresh Air Units as further defined in the Scope of Work and Specifications. The entire replacement project is divided into two phases. Existing units FA-2 and FA-3E will be replaced during phase one in year 2022, and existing units FA-1 and FA-2E will be replaced during phase two in year 2023/2024. These particular Fresh Air Units located in mechanical penthouse of the long-term care facility in Scarborough are in poor condition. Repairs have been made to extend the life of the equipment whereas proprietary and critical components of the parts are obsolete. Yee Hong is a member of the Kinetic GPO and Complete Purchasing Service. All questions and communications related to the work specifications, submission and evaluation of proposals must be made to Florence Wong, Business Services Coordinator at florence.wong@yeehong.com in writing. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
