Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Red Earth Creek, Alberta. Working plans call for the construction of a 24,401-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Project is for the construction of a Replacement School of Red Earth Creek K-12 School as well as the Demolition of the Existing School located on a different site. The approved area of this school is 2,225 m2, with a 230 student capacity The Province has engaged a Bridging Consultant to develop the pre-design level site plan and floor plans, room data sheets, specifications (Additional Performance Requirements & Minimum Materials Requirements) and a coordination report. The Bridging Consultant will serve as the Province's representative throughout the design and construction phases of the project. Design-Builder will be responsible for developing the schematic designs to construction documents and for obtaining any permits and/or approvals required by the Governing Authorities. The project delivery method will be DESIGN-BUILD.
