The contract is anticipated to be phased as follows, as detailed below in the Scope of Work: Phase 1: Pre-Construction Period Services - anticipated duration 2 years Phase 2: Construction Period Services - anticipated duration 3 years This Scope of Work reflects the Countys current understanding of the work; however, it may be updated during negotiations. Phase 1 Estimated Price: $400,000 Phase 1 Estimated Period of Performance: 2 years Total Estimated Price (all phases): $5,000,000 Total Estimated Period of Performance: 5 years The following preliminary schedule is the assumed baseline for planning purposes.
