Site work for a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage; and service station / car wash facility.
PROJECT LOCATION: TBD, Seattle. WA PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project installs EV chargers in surface parking lots or parking garages, and provides electrical power via connection to existing electrical infrastructure in nearby buildings. Majority of work will be civil and electrical. The contract will be awarded for an estimated amount not to exceed $350,000.00, which excludes Washington State Sales Tax. For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered an ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION type of project with a Past Performance of 25% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
