The contractor shall provide and install two (2) System 2100 Kompact Compu-Aire Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) systems. The City of Federal Way is seeking a contractor to replace and install two Compu-Aire Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) systems, The project involves the removal and disposal of existing rooftop condensers, installation of new CRAC units with associated refrigerant piping, and integration with the existing HVAC system. The contractor will manage all mechanical, electrical, and structural modifications, including any necessary roofing repairs, while preserving roof integrity.
