Site work and paving for a road / highway in Overland Park, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Widen 167th Street from an unimproved two-lane road to a standard four-lane thoroughfare, from Antioch Road to Metcalf Avenue. The US-69 bridges over 167th Street will be replaced. Ramps to allow NB US-69 to exit and entrance onto SB US-69 from 167th will also be added. Project is being administered by KDOT in accordance with Supplemental #1 to the City-State agreement for the 69 Express Toll Lane Project. As of August 19, 2024, this project is currently in the City of Overland Park's FY 2025-2029 CIP. This project is expected to be completed through a design-build method. Information regarding a design builder has not been disclosed. Construction is estimated to take place in 2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
