Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of March 13, 2020, project has not been awarded. The project consists of the design and construction of an expansion from 3.1 MGD to 8.5 MGD at the Barry Rose WRF owned and operated by the City at 1902 Barry Rose Road, Pearland, TX 77851. This expansion is planned to utilize membrane bio-reactors as the primary treatment technology. The project also includes the decommissioning of the 2 MGD Longwood WRF owned and operated by the City located at 2727 Dixie Farm Road, Pearland, TX 77581. Other elements are the design and construction of a transfer lift station at the Longwood site and approximately 25,000 linear feet of forcemain to the Barry Rose WRF.
