Saving Project...

Site work, paving and remodeling of a civil project in Scarborough, Ontario. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.

Construction of road and bridge improvements on Site 1 Bennett Road Culvert (BRC) at the West Hill Watercourse. The scope of work includes: Site One; Replacement of a 3.0 m diameter CSP arch culvert at Site 1 BRC and supported walkway over the culvert with a bridge; Modifications to the retaining wall and storm sewer outlets at the culvert crossing c. Replacement of 310 metres of 300 mm diameter watermain from Ravenview Drive to Coronation Drive, and d. Geomorphic and fish habitat professional services for related watercourse work. TIMELINE: Detailed design was completed in early 2023 by the consultant who is no longer involved. Tender for the Bennett Road Culvert (BRC) at the West Hill Watercourse is expected early 2025. The tender schedules for the remaining scope of work are expected spring 2025 pending final capital funding approvals.
