Project is included City of Des Moines FY 2021-2026 CIP Page 169 ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Conceptual plans call for new construction of a stormwater pumping facility comprised of multiple structures and components, including a control building, a generator enclosure, and a stormwater wet well, all within an area surrounded by a 6-foot tall chain link fence. As of April 4, 2017, this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline has not been established; however, general contractor bidding may occur as early as September 2017 with construction beginning shortly thereafter.
