Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Rock Island, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Per the owner, as of May 8, 2019, a general contractor has been awarded. Construction is anticipated to begin by late spring 2019. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ......... The Work includes, but is not limited to the following: furnish, install and test a new filtration facility including a building, filtered water and backwash supply pumping systems, new filters with underdrain system and media, chemical feed piping, UV reactors and associated controls, various pumping and piping systems, SCADA systems; plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems; site grading, underground piping systems and landscaping, and all other associated work. The City of Rock Island reserves the right to determine the low, responsive, responsible bidder, to waive irregularities, and to reject any or all Bids.
