SCOPE OFSERVICES The City of Rock Island is hereby requesting proposals to submit pricing for the materials located in the Fancy Street Clock Building at 1223 5th Avenue. Scope of Work: heavy timber and brick material salvage. The selected salvage contractor will be responsible for: 1. Identification and Segregation Coordinate with the demolition contractor to identify all reasonably salvageable materials, including but not limited to lumber, brick, metal, fixtures, and architectural elements. 2. Removal and Transportation Transport salvageable materials off-site. 3. Coordination Maintain ongoing coordination with the demolition contractor to ensure timely and efficient operations. 4.
