Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Redmond, Washington. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In 2017-18, this project studied soil, groundwater, surface water flow, and street conditions in the six square mile project study area to identify the best locations for Green Stormwater Infrastructure to be installed. In 2018, the County conducted public outreach to share information about the project and request input on community values around Green Stormwater Infrastructure benefits and challenges, and the balance of benefits and costs the project will consider when choosing how and where to install Green Stormwater Infrastructure in the area. In March 2021, the County announced that they will be pausing the next steps in the project to ensure that they are aligning with the County's Clean Water Plan. .............. The purpose of this contract is to provide design, engineering, and related services to the King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks (DNRP), Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) for the University Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) Project. The method of contractor selection is not determined at this time.
